Pros (+) This is an old cheap hotel. Room #3 had nice clean sheets, nice comforter, and comfortable bed, but hard pillow. There is a communal kitchen, TV, and Wifi.
Cons (-) Being an old walk up, there was no elevator, no AC, no private bathrooms. Room #3 is on the street side, so heard traffic thru the night, people talking and arguing, patrons getting out of bars at 2am...
