Super close to the greek theater, uber was less than 10 bucks. Lots of places to eat varying in prices, there was a delicious taco stand on the sidewalk nearby that we hit up later on a Saturday night. Convenient 99 cent store is 1 minute walk away. Hotel is in a rougher neighborhood but I still felt ok as long as my car was parked under my room door. The price was cheap so I did like saving money but next time I will spend the extra 20 or 30 bucks to stay at another much cleaner and more spacious budget motel in the area. I usually do that but this time I took a chance on this even cheaper deal. Never again!

Parking is very cramped and only 10 or so spaces. Outside is dirty and littered with trash. Staff was rude and looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there. King size bed room for 2 was very small. The mismatched hangers in the closet were old n bent n collected from various stores I'm guessing since some actually had clothing size tags on them. No ice machine. No elevator to assist w lugging our heavy bag to our second floor room. Odd gross spices smell in the dingy front lobby area. Room walls had some smears on them and there was dust on the window sills, the headboard, and the under desk areas which indicates halfass cleaning. The mattress was much too firm. No iron, no microwave, no coffee, no smiles from staff, it just made the short stay barely tolerable. I wouldn't stay here again. I definitely wouldn't stay more than 1 night ever. Oh I almost forgot, I stepped downstairs to smoke a cigarette and some guy walking by asked if I'd allow him to come up to my room with me. It's not the classiest neighborhood that's for sure!

Good parking Close to the centre of Hollywood

Very basic room for the price.

Only thing we liked was it was within walking distance of the hospital which was the purpose of our stay.

Area was rundown and felt unsafe. Property not maintained and dirty. Not enough guest parking had to park on the street. Staff vaguely familiar with the Engiish language. Mold in bathrooms. Far too exoensive for what we got.
