Pros (+) I booked the king room but when I checked in they only had double beds.
Pros (+) After the check-in and first night, the staff were great. Shout-out to Mary who really made us feel at home.
Cons (-) The check in was terrible. We reserved a room with double beds. When we got there in the evening (~7pm) we were told that they only had a room with a king bed and be thankful that you have that. They said they have a couch and that they would send up some pillows and sheets. Never happened. Called but no luck...they just could find anything extra...really!!!

Cons (-) When we got to the "spacious" room we could barely roll our luggage in it was so small. We began to shower and the water was out (pipe burst) They wouldn't move us rooms so we had to wait 5 hours for the water to come on to shower after a 6 hour flight. Then the lights/power went out in our room at 7pm and wasn't fixed until 9:30pm... What did they do for us? A free drink at the bar... Gee thanks.
