basic but clean
nice room clean bathroom free parking cookd breakfast
chaos at breakfast-not enough plates cups etc not staff fault need more to help out
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
The location. From of a bus stop and near from a big train station.
Poor quality of food. Too early and short on time for breakfast. The staff was very rude when asked something or for something.
Very reasonable, I enjoyed staying comfartablely. Room and bathroom are quite clean.
It's not close to the Stadford station, but easy to access by bus. Even if walking from the station, it could be no fatigue.
They asked for a cash payment as soon as we arrived. They said they're card machiene was broken.
Rooms were clean and very warm!
Booked online but was not made aware that we were only booking a reservation and not actually booking for and paying for the room. We had given our credit card details online and were under the impression that we had already paid. Communication with staff was very bad and it was very frustrating. Rooms had to be paid upfront which is not usually the case when staying in a hotel. 'If you don't pay, you don't get a room'. We were told. Attitude of night staff was very unsatisfactory. However, he was working alone and could have done with some help! Hotel needs more staff! Preferably female, to work at welcoming guests!
the room was so nice clean and warm i simply loved it.hotel staff were very helpfull.
everything about it is amazing
the room was clean and comfortable - the hotel lobby was also clean.
The man on the desk wouldnt let me pay by card and I had to get cash to pay him. That was very inconvenient as I didnt know the area and didnt want to go out again.
The hotel rooms are small but tidy, clean and cosy and the location though not central is good because there are fast transport connections. The price/quality ratio is in my opinion excellent especially for people who are engaged all day long and use the hotel just for in the night.
it was clean and simple.
the breakfast was very poor standard and we actually deliberately missed it on the second day we stayed. choice was limited, quality was very cheap and nasty.
Very clean and warm. The room was excellent.
There was no breakfast available at 07:30, even though we had been told that was when it would start. There was no sign of any activity at all.
The quick process and helpfulness of staff
No refriedgerater,no vending machine with snacks
