not clean, no toilet paper, lights did not work or could not be switched off, generally run down impression
Had travelled quite a distance, met with grumpy staff. Room was disgusting, hairs on bedding - I had mistakenly been booked in a room with shared facilities, showers one floor down, toilets two. Both of these were absolutely disgusting. I complained and my room was changed to an en Suite. Water dripping through the ceiling and two entry doors one of which didn’t lock properly. I did not stay for the breakfast. The worst hotel I have ever seen.
Room, breakfast, noise
A receptionist was really nice, and trying to help. Also the location is quite good, but at the same time it is too noisy, especialy if your windows are in to the street side.
The rooms are totaly not the same look as in the pictures, they are so small, for example in the room for 3 persons, you can not open room doors because the bed is too close. Walls are damaged, no windows, cold and wet feeling room. The noise is terrible, and instead of the window there are a old doors, that feels so unsave. other room i got was for one person , so it is so tiny, that you can not close toilet doors when you are sitting in the toilet... TV is not working.
Location id perfect. The flat is really spacious and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. We loved the breakfast.
The water heater was broken. We didn’ t have warm water. The reception service tried to fix the problem, it worked for a while, but when we came back in the evening - I wanted to take a shower and it just dropped and was cold.
