The location is excellent for tower bridge and surrounding area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the junior classroom perfect for 2 people. The bathrooms are cosy with heated floors, automatic toilet and great walk-in showers. Breakfast was included in our deal and the food quality was very good. Can’t fault the staff they were helpful and friendly.
Staff willing to go the extra mile, great location and has all the facilities you need. Didn't try out the dinner, breakfast. Have been returning here for a few times now and will not be the last time.
Good location, good equipment
The staff was not responsive at all, I left my sweater in the room when I checked out, it was my bad for forgetting it in the room, then I called several times asking their staff, no body gave me any feedback at the end , only said will call me back and let me wait. I have already left UK, and would not recommend to anyone for this hotel because of this horrible service by their staff.
I really like this hotel, it is a converted old school and the dining area especially (the old assembly hall) is fantastic. The location is great just across the river from the Tower of London.
The staff generally are very attentive but the receptionist was a little unhelpful on my day of departure. The wardrobe in my room was a little odd with a coat rail and hangers but a shelf immediately below so there was no room to hang anything really.
Great location super close to the tour. Very clean and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to couples for sure.
