Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly service, and charming, stylish atmosphere. Many found the decor beautiful and the staff exceptionally helpful. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room and bathroom sizes, and a few mentioned that the facilities did not meet five-star expectations. Despite some negative feedback about value for price and noise, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding the ambiance and hospitality.

Pros (+) Our second stay and still our favorite hotel in London. Absolutely superior service, stunning decor, fabulous food, and lovely location. We'll be back again and again!
Cons (-) Rooms are small but adequate. Semi-see-through bathroom door was odd and not ideal for more than 1 person staying in the room.

Pros (+) I loved the location of the hotel. Very close to South Kensington subway which runs directly to Heathrow. The hotel is also close to the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Natural History museum and not far from Hyde Park. I also loved the staff. Very friendly from Veronica at check-in to the help by the bell staff.
Cons (-) The room was a little smaller than anticipated and the view from the room was of a building next door...

Cons (-) The twin bed was a little small.

Pros (+) Really good location walking distance to museums and shopping (Harrod's). Staff were great and accommodating. Love the décor in the lobby and public areas. As a female traveler - bath products are Aromatherapy and the hair dryer has good power. I would stay here next time I am in London.
Cons (-) My room was a little small but still very comfortable and clean.
