The breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect.
Staff were really friendly on arrival and we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. The shower was a steam room shower which was amazing.
Pillows aren’t that comfy, if you’re not a fan of hard pillows.
On this particular visit, I made use of the downstairs members bar for food n drinks.
My favorite place to stay if I'm going to stay in Shoreditch. Super helpful and friendly staff, great quality food and drink. Rooms a excellent size with quality products in the mini bar to the, teas and coffee to the wash products supplied
Great rooms lovely staff very accommodating. Breakfast was also great would highly recommend this hotel
The top floor terrace is lovely and a great spot for drinks and breakfast. It’s obviously very cool. The lido looks really nice. Might be nice as a couple away type place if you want to go out in Shoreditch.
Not as good as it thinks it is. Told twice by staff restaurant stopped serving at 10.30pm - when it didn’t, it was 11.45 when I went and checked. £256 for one night is not good value generally and especially given the room - not even an iron, and not even a proper chair and desk - some of the arrangement a bit muddled for the sake of style eg nowhere to plug the kettle in. Breakfast is average given how much they are charging. The mini bar and in room dining prices are astonishingly high. They try and flog everything in the room from cocktail shakers to hand lotion, all at outrageous prices. Not 5*. Not suitable for work travellers.
