The personal service. Amazed to see such friendly staff in such a quality establishment. Upgrades don’t happen very often in London, but this was an amazing treat, fantastic start to a very special holiday.
The staff were all so courteous and very helpful. They really enhanced my visit. The breakfast breads were so fresh and tasty, with a great selection. They have the best selection of foods for breakfast that I have seen for a long time and all of a high standard and quality . It was so pleasant to step strait out of the hotel into the Eurostar Terminal. First rate hotel!
There was nothing for me to dislike about this hotel.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, architecture.
Bar menu rather restricted, one meal had to be sent back as it was cold.
Awkward place to stay , to regimented .
Breakfast was really good.
