Location was excellent. Room was clean, decent size, had King bed (priority) had all extras - minibar, safe, ironing board.
Paid at desk to upgrade to Studio. Expected separate seating area but really just a slightly bigger bathroom. Lighting was funky but not great for my partner trying to do makeup in the room.
Perfect location, walking distance to everywhere , tube is 1 min away. Employees are very nice and try to help which is not always the case in Europe. Mediahub on TV unit is nice. Minibar is stacked. Clean rooms.
I don't understand the hype about this hotel. Rooms are so small that 2 people simply can't fit in the room. It seems like they could take some space from bathroom and add to the room. Wardrobe area is very small too. If you are staying more than 2 nights, you won't have enough space for your clothes. Breakfast buffet was poor compared to the price. Beds are uncomfortable. Poor lobby design.
Great location, room and staff
Fantastic location, close to The National Portrait Gallery, Leicester Square and all the Theatres were only 5 minutes walk away.
Bequemes Bett. Tolle Dusche
Room quite small. Loud music during the night from outside. False fire alarm at 4.30AM
