Great location near Buckingham Palace with easy access to the underground. Very interesting old building with intriguing connections to WW2. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice bar with terrace over the main entrance. Unusually. there is an Apiary on the third floor at the back of the building. You can view it through glass.

Pros (+) Beautiful boutique hotel but also good for families. Breakfast included for Marriott platinum. Drinks every afternoon. Dining room has good food.
Cons (-) Rooms are smallish. No drawers, lacks space in bathroom for toiletries. At the moment there is a lot of construction so request courtyard view.

Pros (+) We were treated very well by all of the staff. The concierge, Juan, was extremely helpful and thorough. We tried high tea for the first time and it was terrific. Well worth the price. We would love to stay at St Ermin's again when we return to London.
Cons (-) The internet worked for my husband and my daughter, but not for me. I believe it may have been an issue with my phone, though
