Location is very good for the west end.
Didn't realise the room would have no windows. Very claustrophobic. Rooms only had interior doors to enter - no fire doors (?). Could smell someone smoking through the night from one of the other rooms. Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 2pm. Breakfast was very poor.
Very central location - easy access to transport shops restaurants .
Very small room and bathroom but adequate for an overnight stay
The breakfast was really good with cereal, toast, jam, tea/coffee, juice and english breakfast items (bacon, sausage, egg, baked beans, plum tomatoes). As a vegan, I was happy with the veggie options and had a good breakfast. The room was on the small size but very clean with a desk, chair, bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, TV with many channels and a kettle to make a cup of tea. The staff were very friendly and I feel like it is a family run hotel which had a nice welcoming feel to it. I had left my phone charger but I was able to borrow the one from reception and also borrow an iron to iron my work clothes. The reception is open 24 hours. There is free wifi access as well. The hotel is located walking distance from the theatres, china town, Soho and major shops. It is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, cafes, small convenience stores and next to an Odeon cinema. It is not noisy inside the hotel but quiet and cosy. I was planning to stay at another hotel next week but I have changed my plans so I can stay at this hotel instead. My stay at the hotel was great.
There is nothing that I did not like at all. My stay was really comfortable and great. I highly recommend staying at the Seven Dials.
Fantastic location... reception staff were friendly and helpful
One glass in the room instead of two. No soap in the restaurant toilets
Bedroom and bed a little on small side. My second visit when lift didn't always work and I was on floor four.
