Absolutely lovely stay. The upgrade was a wonderful treat for my birthday stay and the staff were beyond polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast and super comfortable bed.
The lovely location and in a way secluded approach to the hotel make it special. You come from the busy Holborn area, in the middle of busy professional London, go through entry gate and its gone, you're in another place, calm, luxurious and extremely pleasant. A huge bonus for me is that the Hotel is wonderfully quiet, a real escape.

My go to hotel in London, everything is on point but not pretentious! First class service in a modern and friendly way. I’m from London and tend to avoid hotel bars but this one is London’s best kept secret!
The gym is a little small but who stays in a luxury hotel for the gym right!
