Pros (+) Quiet room Clean Well Maintained Excellent Staff....very helpful Location: It was good for where I needed to go.
Cons (-) No Free Internet....When I asked at the front desk the receptionist said that if I'd booked directly with the hotel they offer free internet. This shouldn't matter. 30 GBP for 3 days of internet is last century. The bathroom is very basic. A free soap cake was all there was. The air conditioning was stiflingly hot. (It was winter.)

Cons (-) Only thing missing is a restaurant but there are tons of restaurants very nearby so really not much of a problem.
