Handy for tube. Right next to British Museum
Unfortunately refurbishment started when we arrived so unable to have cooked breakfast. Would have been helpful if they had let's us know.. Room was OK could have done with a few more plug sockets
Great location, nice foyer, staff very friendly and professional. Beds amazing.
The location was great and so was the service at the hotel
Its a nice boutique hotel, looks renovated and clean and new furniture. Free candies at the reception and new water bottles every day in the room as well as ice machine in the halls. Very fast wifi. Good location just across the British Museum (which is free) and 5min walk to Tube Station Tottenham Court Road and New Oxford Street. Still quite pricy though for what you get, but hey its London.
I have stayed in other Radisson Blu and this one does not meet the standards in the details. It just looks like a normal hotel and not a Radisson Blu. The room was small for three people. No place to place stuff as the wardrobe is half taken by the minibar and other stuff that should be somewhere else like glasses and kettle. A hairdryer is wired inside one of the 3 drawers, so we loose a lot of the space. The extra bed was very small and not comfortable at all. If you take anything out of the minibar it goes automatically debited into your room. Glad I spoke to the reception to empty the minibar so I could put my own stuff in it. Breakfast costs extra 20 pounds a day per person! Did not have it so cant rate it, but its probably too much for a breakfast.
The hotel was beautifully maintained and immaculate. The standard and cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and good quality soaps were available. Staff were extremely nice and very responsive.
The hotel is undergoing renovations and we did experience banging and hammering around 8 or 9 am which, on a Sunday, was not to be expected. Apart from that, there was nothing to dislike.
