The staff was super friendly, the beds were super comfortable. The location was great, convenient and close to the Angel Tube Station. The bathrooms were always clean. This place had a lot of common areas which made it super easy to socialise and the communal kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Oh and the place was super quite aside from the common London noise, but we didn't have a problem sleeping.
It was an ok price
Check in is from 3pm to 9pm which is stupid if you've arrived to London to actually do stuff and be out all day. Who wants to interrupt their day to go back to check in? Trying to find a toilet was difficult, one I did find had water all over the floor and the showers were really dirty with black mould. The room was super hot and the 3 tier bunk bed moved a lot, it needs to be attached to the wall to stop it rocking when people turn in their sleep. Guy on reception was a little out of it as well. There's much better run hostels for the same price in London.
The staff was nice and the organisation of the hostel too.
The price for what you get is definitely too much, ok London is expensive but it is a hostel and should be cheaper.
Friendliness of the staff.
Tiny rooms with triple tiered bunk beds, lack of toilets and noise levels. In general it was hard to ever feel comfortable and to get a decent night's rest.
Big beds, friendly staff :)
A bit dirty ( kitchen,stairs, rooms)
