Brilliant location, close to Angel tube station but a quiet area of Islington, nice room and breakfast area.
More expensive than we usually pay and breakfast was extra.
Polite and helpful staff,excellent food.
Staff were great, only stayed a night but was good. The Premium plus rooms are of a higher standard than the regular rooms which are tired looking.
The regular rooms are very tired and old. Especially the bathrooms but they are fine for a one or two night stay
Premier Inn is becoming my favorite place in London for a quick stop before getting to my final destination. All the basics are covered, and at a very good price. We used the restaurant (having arrived from Heathrow after 11 pm), and the food was quick and tasty (but not haut cuisine). In the morning we had a good breakfast. The bed was fine, and we had a good night's sleep.
On check-in, both auto check-in kiosks were down, and the receptionist was doing double duty serving at the coffee bar. We got no acknowledge or "hello, be right with you". Frustrating after many hours of flying. Finally after serving a couple of people who appeared confused about what type of coffee to order, we were checked in.
clean room. high security standards. nice view. high quality air conditioner.
check in staff with accend. we had problems to understand, what he wanted from us.
The Premier Inn London Angel Islington has a fantastic location that brings it close to many attractions including the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal FC play, the London Eye is just three miles away, Parliament and Madame Tussauds are just two and a half miles away as well, making this hotel great for putting you right in the heart of London. At the hotel, there are plenty of different activities to enjoy as well, including having the Thyme Restaurant on site that serves some English favorites along with traditional meals.
The rooms at the Premier Inn London Angel Islington are utterly amazing; there are regular rooms and premier plus rooms. The difference between the two rooms is that premier plus rooms have a dedicated floor, in-room coffee maker, mini-fridge, rainfall shower, and luxurious toiletries. All rooms however have a flat panel television that features some great premium channels, there is also free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. However, the Hypnos beds are the stars of the rooms. These beds are among the most comfortable beds in the world, so you will have no problem falling asleep after a day cheering on the Gunners or enjoying all that London has to offer.
Whether you are looking for specific things to do in the area or using the Tube to go farther afield, the Premier Inn London Angel Islington is a great hotel because it offers guests the very best hospitality to be found, as exemplified by the rooms, especially the premier plus room.
