Regular visitor to this hotel. Great location for tube and London sights. Friendly staff, helpful concierge, clean and comfortable.
The bed was so comfy and they went out of the way to make our stay great, by providing a gift for my friends birthday along with a balloon !
maybe more information about the deposit before hand and need the card you booked with to pay.
My boyfriends birthday and they made it special by giving us a balloon, bottle of wine and biscuits. Really nice hotel , staff lovely.
Pillows could have been more comfy. Could have done with some extra shower gel.
Rooms look deceiving on pic they are a lot smaller than they look
