Very clean hotel and room, rooms are larger than it is usual in UK, only 5 minutes walk to the tube station.
Extremely small bathroom (1,7 m2!?), bad insulation of the room - it is a bit cold, poor breakfast - no meat and eggs! Faraway from central London, e.g. from Kingsbury to St Paul's it take 45 minutes.
The location was pretty good - right next to Kingsbury Tube Station. The continental breakfast was reasonably filling. The room was clean.
The television and the kettle didn't work. The reception staff could not always be located for advice. The 'double bed' was two singles joined together. There was only toast avaible as a 'hot food item' on the breakfast buffet.
Clean well decorated and comfortable, good quality rooms
The reception was was not good. I was given a room with someone already asleep. I then had to wait to get a free room. There was no apology either and very unfriendly in approach.
this hotel is close by the railway-station, it takes about 25 minutes with the underground to go to the middle of london. the hotel is not too expensive but has a bit older but nice rooms, parking and a good continantal breakfast are even free, also free wifi
I stayed in November, when I got back to my room at night both windows were open and no heat was on, with light blankets it was without doubt the coldest night I've had for a long time. Couldn't wait to get into my car and put heat on the following morning.
Clean and bright environment, a hotel with character, friendly maitre d'.
Beds too firm and pillows too hard. I would have had a better night with some softer pillows.
room was nice
pleasent staff helpful and friendly
The fact that there wasn't a full English Breakfast in the morning was a downside. We had to go down the road to get breakfast in a restaurant. Its poor service if a hotel can't offer a proper breakfast to cusstomers. Other than that it was fine.
Nice smaller hotel at convenient location
