Everyone are very helpful and smiling, especially the Exective lounge who are always brilliant.
The room was a little noisy from the fair and we were over the air con units.

Room was very nice, our request for lower floor was met, complimentary slippers and dressing gowns were a bonus, hair dryer provided. I accidentally left a bag at reception and I called down from my room and concierge brought it up for me... perfect.
I’m sure it fits in with other hotels of this calibre in the area but very expensive for a room without breakfast. Don’t actually know if breakfast was included, there was no mention of it by staff on check in so assumed not.
