Cons (-) The air conditioning wasn't working and the windows don't open. It was very difficult to sleep in the hot room. We were only in London for 2 nights. We informed the front desk very early on the second day before our 14 hour tour hoping for it to be fixed when we returned. It wasn't, and we were too exhausted to try and change rooms, so we slept on top of the bed trying to stay cool

Pros (+) Staff were all pleasant and helpful, large comfortable room, convenient location, relaxing atmosphere, good towels and complementary toiletries.
Cons (-) Small window made it a bit dark in the room, housekeeping slightly inconsistent, loud whistling noise when running bath/shower, no cutlery in room, no space for cold storage of personal items
