the hotel was adequate
it was antiquated
Very small bathroom (as large as a door). Very cold (the central heating was supposed to be on during the night, but the second night it wasn't). Old and bad looking towels. Breakfast - very poor. Very long distance from city center.
The breakfast was good and the staff polite and halpful. It was a convenient locaqtion as I was meeting friends in Stratford.
The downside is that the rooms were basic and not well insulated in terms of noise from outside/rooms above.
The space of the room was good enough, it was so clean ,the staff were extreemly nice and helpful, they provided me with an exctra heater when I needed one , breakfast was so good, the bus stop is just cross the street from the hotel and it takes about 7-10 minutes to get to the tupe station which is in the center line didnt have a problem with that , there is two super market five minutes walk from the hotel and anice shopping mall with plenty of fast food resturants neat the tube station
The room actualy in the hotel parking space, so there was no view, and in the morning when people turn on there cars the smoke and the smell will go into the room , but not for too long , and there used to be people who used to set out side to smoke and talk and laugh late at night wich is some how noisy, but you still can go to sleep, the tv was too small and hanged really up and didnt work on the last day, there was no wifi in the room , and the broadband stick didnt work properly too,THE most thing that I hated was that there was a doog in the hotel who can walk any where and used to take a pess ifron of my room in the garden, but they were help full to take him out of my way when I want to come in and out of the hotel
The Manager was helpfull as our booking arrangements changed last minute.
It wast really walking distant from tube, epecially with bags.
Very friendly staff. Room was great, very clean, very quiet. Good breakfast.
Being woke up at 4.30 by inconsiderate guests
Friendly and helpful staff, tube station a bus ride away, very clean rooms and good breakfast.
Nothing at all
Convience to get to our destination and a secure car park.
On arrival the access to the car park was blocked which hindered us unloading our luggage.
Booked a family 4 bed room but got a recently converted house, which is now part of the hotel
