Pros (+) I liked where it was located.
Cons (-) Packing area was packed which is understandable so I had to go to the underground car park which is understandable but what I don’t understand is why an employee couldn’t give me the correct code to get into the underground car park. Also 20 minutes after I had checked out of the hotel I had realised I had left some clothes behind which was my mistake but to come back to the hotel to get no help, ...

Cons (-) There were a number of issues prior to even arriving at the hotel - I contacted I contacted the hotel to ensure they could verify my reservation so I didn't experience any issues on arrival. I was passed from pillar to post to try and confirm this, and they were adamant that there was no reservation with my details. Cons (-) I liked the whole experience the bedroom was excellent , the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Really would recommend this lovely hotel to any body
