Beds were uncomfortable - didn’t sleep well all three nights. Pillows barely exist and have no form. Hotel is clean and well situated. The parking situation is unfortunate - only valet parking at the moment. But there is a public parking lot directly opposite.

The staff have no concern over the guests staying at this facility. Service was horrible. The Parking you are asked to pre-purchase will not be available on arrival . They will ask you to go find public parking.

Staff were excellent whether at front desk or catering to the noisy group I was with in the Windsor room. Hotel is well past its best before date and seriously needs a total reno. Pros (+) Warm cookie at check in. Room was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Easy downtown location to everything. They had a cheap room service deal but we didn't get it. I would stay again.
Cons (-) The sinks faucet was to close to the back of the bowl so there wasn't much room. Not enough creamer or a milk option for the coffee maker.
