Attractive, clean and modern hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
Paid a premium for one of their best rooms but it was very odd, the windows were only waist height (yes really) so it was dark and offered no external view, making it quite claustrophobic. Also, they boast having onsite parking but be warned because they literally only have 6 spaces and you cannot pre-book!
I liked the hotel over all. My room was spotlessly clean and lovely. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful .I have limited mobility and had to ask for help sometimes and staff were always lovely to me and very helpful . It’s also within walking distance to White City shopping centre ,although I was there to attend a wedding celebration. It’s in a good place to hail a black cab too which I needed to do.
Breakfast felt like chaos. I think they must have been short staffed when I was there because staff couldn’t keep up with the demand for the buffet style foods. The food was delicious, I especially liked the hot breakfast but on my second morning had to put it on a cold plate because there were no hot plates there . I couldn’t have juice either because there were no glasses to put it in and another food had not been replaced so I couldn’t have any of it . That same morning I had to ask staff for coffee because no one had offered me any which is what they do when you are first seated.Staff were very polite, kind and helpful if you asked them for something but it was clear they were rushed off their feet, so for me my breakfast experience was stressful .
The location is great for exploring London. Close to all transport.
The room had only a very small window that had no view
Nice in beds
staffs are multi-nationals
Smart, comfortable hotel, with small but very well equipped rooms. Better than I expected for the price. It is well placed for public transport, Westfield Centre and good local shops and market. Extra marks for having decent reading lights!
Very little parking, and it can't be reserved. Shepherds Bush is not the most glamorous location, but I am sure it is as safe as anywhere in London (I lived there for many years without incident!) Our room overlooked the atrium rather than outside. If you need natural light, you need to specify this.
With a stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush in London (Shepherd's Bush), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Westfield London Shopping Centre and Kensington High Street. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
