Overall okay stay. I was there for work so location was good for me and clean room with fridge and tea making facilities was great. Easy check in (at the hotel next door) and staff were absolutely lovely! Came back to a fresh towel every day so that was nice!
Woken up by woman shouting expletives on the phone and strange demonic noises for over half an hour gone midnight - obviously not hotels fault but thin walls make for easy sound travel so maybe bring earplugs... Quite scary as a solo traveller as well! Dripping noise from unknown source in bathroom also kept me awake each night. Didn’t complain as out from 8-10 every day so didn’t have the energy to do so when I remembered after getting in to bed! No bath mat so bathroom does get wet after shower so providing one of them would be a good idea.
The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was up to scratch and on a par with other hotels I've stayed at in London.
Everything was fine.
Location is good, 10ish mins was to Hammersmith to catch the no9 bus (good sightseeing bus) and picadilly, District, circle and hammersmith and city tube lines. On the other side you have the massive Westfield shopping centre and central tube lines with more bus options.
Room is a lot smaller than what they look like from the pictures. We had an issue with a certain (2nd) staff member about payment. Essentially staff 1 told us the price on day 1 and then staff 2 on day locked my mother out of her room after coming back exhausted from a full day of sightseeing and had the audacity to yell at her for not paying before 6pm (wasn't not told this from staff 1). He then overcharged her because she only had Euros and said it was the current exchange rate. I'm sorry but gpb to euro is not 1.3. I had come in to settle this dispute and found staff 1 there again who had no issues with giving our euros back and paying in gbp. Staff 1 was great and staff 2 not so much.
Was able to store bags on day of departure rather than carry them around as train wasn't until 1600. Some very nice bars and restaurants around Hammersmith area just short walk along the road.
Double Room on ground floor far to small, bed crammed into room with one side right up against the wall and no room to put any belongings. Breakfast room also not enough space or seating for everyone. Stayed for 2 nights on both occasions butter used was gone off
good location, professional staff, well decorated rooms, amazing services with reasonable prices.
