Friendly and helpful staff , comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Nice thick towels and big bathrooms. Lobby is stunning . Easy commute to the tube via the bus right outside. Colorful neighborhood with great produce markets . Great bargain for the price. This hotel would cost significantly more if it was on one of the more touristy areas. Highly recommended
The location isn't the best, , accessibility to the tube is via bus , s walk to the tube is too far. I loved the ethnic and colorful neighborhood but that's not everyone's choice.
Close to London Friendly staff Lovely room
Minor noise at night from the road No hot water for a shower in the morning
Stayed at this hotel 5 years previous when first opened, now looking tired and need of some investment, carpets becoming thin, beds needs replacing, breakfasts poor, charge extra for a latte
Friendliness of staff, quality of room, ease of access to city centre.
Very nice and clean hotel that is not in the center of London but has a nice access if you are willing to take the bus and the tube. Very nice room, had 3 adults and a baby. The room was wide and had all the beds and cot we needed. Staff is willing to help. Get a London transportation pass and ride buses and the tube anywhere you need to(you can buy in ship in front of the hotel. In the middle of a busy avenue with lots of food choices(i.e KFC, Burger King, McDonalds plus Greek, Chinese and a pastry shop right in fron of the hotel. Overall it was a nice experience and a very nice hotel. If you want to be in the center of London there are plenty of choices but ay more expensive. They also had free Wifi in the lobby and parking.
I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The rate included breakfast which was great and a brilliant selection of foods.
One of the rooms was a bit noisy
atmosphere - mixture of old and modern architecture!!!, really nice and calm location (20min. to city center by bus-tube).
missed some music player for own music in the room/ USB plug in on TV. not necessary, but would be nice. staff was nice and kind, but could be more friendly and have some relevant information - requested sauna didn't work cause of maintenance - but they did not tell us before coming there.
The room was great. They also upgraded us for free!
It was a bit further out than I expected
Friendly atmosphere and lovely hotel
We ordered room service and this was a disaster. We ended up not paying for the service
comfortable, stylish building, lovely old bar, great swimming pool, friendly staff, free car park.
Son`s room was non-smoking but smelt as if it had been used by a smoker recently. Mine, non-smoking also, was much fresher
Cleanliness, modern design
There we no mobile phone signal in the room Distance from Kilburn Tube station is over 15 minutes and uphill Increasingly broadband access is a part of the package and it was not in this case
Price, comfort, cleanness, swiming pool
Polite staff, great room and value for money
