Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to public transport and shops. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, describing rooms and facilities as dirty, stained, and poorly maintained. Many guests also complain about high noise levels, especially from nearby trains, which disrupt sleep. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as indifferent or unprofessional. Bed comfort is mentioned with both positive and negative remarks, but is generally considered adequate. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise insulation.
