Most definitely the location which was a stone's throw away from the tube. Also, the area was wonderful; there was a farmer's market a few steps away between the hotel and the tube.
No, everything was perfect.
I wish they had AC , the rooms need some updating.
Location , and interior where first class
The location is great because it's on a not so busy street near a small Theatre School District. About a 1-2 minute walk to the tube station & as an added surprise, there is a small food street market daily, on the walkway in front of the tube station.
There is no A/C. If it's going to be hot out even with the windows open it will be very uncomfortable to sleep or just be in the room.. with windows open, I would be woken in the middle of the night because of loud sirens or other street noise.
The hotel is tired...a flashback to old style European hotels. Bathrooms need updating. Street was very noisy...perhaps after theatre parties.
It was very close to the metro with the jubilee line.
The shower was beyond terrible. I got not help from the concierge when my mum and i arrived with the bags etc.
Spacious room, for London.
Slow elevator (and claustrophobic) elevator.
Poor excuse for a hotel
Mould in room. Wifi didn't work.
Location is good quit area transportation walking distant underground and buses
No fridge in the room make it inconvenient for people that stay for more than three days and up
Tube connection is less than .25 miles from front door of hotel.
Bathroom fan was never repaired after being reported. Pillows and mattress were not as close to being comfortable as I would like.
Location was awesome and nice rooms.
The shower water pressure was awful.
Location very close to tube station.
Staff not very friendly.
