Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Victoria Station, making it convenient for transportation and sightseeing. The staff receive high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many reviews note the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, a major drawback mentioned by several guests is the significant noise from nearby trains, which can disturb sleep. Some guests also found the rooms to be small, and a few noted minor maintenance or amenity issues. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness are frequently highlighted, though noise and room size are common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
