Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff, language barriers, and lack of room cleaning. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's location, mentioning proximity to the beach, city center, and local attractions. The pool received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it dirty. Noise from nearby karaoke venues disturbed some guests' sleep. Overall, positives were limited to the location and, for a few, the pool.
