Hotel Lev

Location was fair. Not as good as I hoped when booking online. It was a longer walk to the center of town than expected ~15min. They were doing a ton of renovations/construction on the casino below, which sadly impacted our stay slightly. Best part about this hotel was the bed (SOOOO COMFY!) and the breakfast. The hotel itself had a cool vibe, but our room wasn't the best (see below). The A++ Breakfast was a gigantic spread of anything and everything including an automatic pancake making machine! The onsite parking lot is also nice. Staff always seemed pleasant and helpful. Everything was always very clean and well-kept. I'm sure most other rooms were better than ours and once construction is done, the hotel will would worth the price. Now? No, not for us.

We apparently were unlucky here! Our room itself was an oddly-situated room that most other patrons would never experience. It seemed to fill in dead space of the hotel and therefore we had a long useless big hallway (inside our room) which led to a smaller bathroom and bed area. I am guessing most other rooms had a larger bath/bed set up and little to no hallway. If I was at the sink, I had to move out of the way of the toilet door and both the toilet and shower door ran over any towel/bath mat down on the floor. Our room also smelled of cigarette smoke. My husband couldn't smell it at first but after one night he woke up smelling it. I hate cigarettes and could smell it from the get-go. He told the hotel about it and they said they couldn't switch us rooms, but they did waive our parking (Got the impression it was free right now due to construction anyways though).

ALL WAS REALLY NICE, WELCOME MESSAGE AND REALLY CLEAN, THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING AND THE LOCATION IS REALLY NICE VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER THIS HELP A LOT, THE BAR IS REALLY NICE THE MOJITOS ARE REALLY GOOD

ALL WAS OK, I DONT HAVE NOTHING FOR SAY THAT WAS BAD ALL IS REALLY GOOD THE ONLY IS PARKING LOT IS NOT SO BIG AND A LITTLE RISKY FOR GOING OUT BECAUSE ONLY HAVE ONE WAY FOR IN AND OUT
