Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Sefton Park and local attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and business stays. The staff are frequently described as friendly and welcoming, and several guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, some guests noted issues with noise from the road or other sources, and a number of reviews mentioned that the rooms were small or could benefit from modernization. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly the location and service, stand out in the reviews.
