The room was freezing cold
Walking distance to multiple touristic locations.
I set the heat to the maximum possible the first night. The temperature was always below 7/8 degrees despite setting the heat to 5. I woke up in the middle of the night to put on my coat and slept with it. The next day I mentioned it to the person in the counter. He said he would send someone to check the heat and send an extra heat and/or blanket. I arrived later in the night. The temperature continued to be extremely low, there was no extra heat or additional blanket. Once again I had to sleep wearing my coat. I asked the person at the counter (the same of the day before) and he asked me why I didn't tell people from the staff. That was actually what I had requested from him the night before! Terrible service.
Poor
Nothing
I didn't like the idea of being in a room with strangers it's not safe at all. as a matter of fact I did spend a night there. I'm just wondering if I can get a refund
Confortable beds.
My booking had not been entered into the system but the staff were very helpful in correcting this.
The Hatters has quite a lot of rooms where you can spend your evening, play pool billiard or Wii and meet other guests.
The room was a bit spartan. There was only a small camping table, but no chairs and no table lamps.
The games room give you something different from other accommodation
The heating seemed to be on constantly which meant it was very hard to get a good nights sleep
The location and the friendlyness of staff!
The rooms were a little too hot for me! However I would rather it too hot than too cold! It was freezing outside!
proximity to city center
a bit noisy Saturday night
Very good value for money and very easy to get to as it is central and close to the railway station.
I had booked a twin room for myself so when I got to the room one bed was made (though without pillows) while the other had not been made and had obviously been slept in. It did have pillows which I had to use. Maybe if the idea is to only make one bed if it is one person at least remove the used linen from the other bed. Also there was a towel on the floor of the bathroom and the bin in the room was full.
It was a fair value of money.Bath room was clean and television working.
Smell of paint+dust near windows.
Nice clean room only is problem
Freeze room at bedroom , cant sleep but only one pillow or no extra blanket is really shames
Cleanliness, beautiful en-suite bathroom, free luggage room, friendly staff, city centre location
Very poor breakfast, room not very cosy, no WiFi although advertised
Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, well located.
Room walls very thin, can hear people showering next door. Room very sparse and poorly fitted out. Need to pay deposit for a remote. Windows don't shut properly. Some kind of emergency light on all night in room. One tiny lift with no light in it. Building work going on during the day. No wifi available in room - though advertised.
