Great metro access, lovely room and staff
Everyone was very helpful with information and directions. My very nice room was on the seventh floor overlooking a view of the hills and sea, and colorful apartment complexes nearby. comfortable beds, nice bedding, great bathroom, good walls prevented hearing any neighboring room activity. Many nice selections at the breakfast buffet.
Other than just walking around the neighborhood, you do have to take the metro to see anything. However, the beautifully tiled metro entrance is just steps away from the front door, and it's a very beautiful metro station, So really no complaints
I booked this hotel because it advertised airport transportation. This is not true; is fraudulent advertising; so I would not stay there again.
Good 4-stars hotel near downtown
breakfast room overcrowded with tour buses
my fault i got lost trying to get there , police at airport we very helpful, if you are going to see the alfama i recommend using the Metro (subway) once we got our pass and in , it was a breeze to use and hooks up with rail /bus etc.I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends . The Metro can be taken right from the airport.
If you have a car it is hunt for parking or pay for the underground.
The staff were so courteous. As soon as we approached the hotel, the doors were opened for us, our luggage was taken and brought to our room, at breakfast nothing was too much trouble and we used the bar and received excellent service there also.
Door and desk staff were always very helpful and friendly and let us check in very early on first day. Some distance from city centre but taxis plentiful and very reasonable. Lovely views from top floors. Airport shuffle worked well for us.
Generous breakfasts but staff find it hard to keep food hot.
it is very nice. The room is really good, and the service is excellent. At the same time, it is very easy to take subway or go to airport.
The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large and had the usual amenities. Breakfast, which was included, was a buffet that included scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon.
The advertised free airport shuttle only runs 3 times a day so we ended up taking a cab to the hotel and spending several hours at the airport the next day.
The breakfast and the location, te closeness with the airport is very handy.
Hotel was clean and modern,
Having to pay for internet access, front desk staff aloof and rude.
The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
Excellant staff very helpful. Good command of english. Clean
Bit of a distance from central city nothing close by. Very small rooms.
Good quality hotel at a reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. Close to airport.
