Everything was good the breakfast could have been a little more but otherwise good. The only thing was the luggage that had to be taken up the steps they could but something better for elderly people.
One thing I can suggest is that other persons booking in at the hotel should take less luggage has the steps are not very good.

Beautiful room with a little Terrasse and sea view. Very nice and clean. They even anticipated breakfast because we wanted to leave early.
There were even eggs in the morning but they would have been nicer fresh and warm. Everything else was lovely. In the room we had a kitchen but didn’t find anything to clean the dishes

The rooms are spotless, we could not fault the cleanliness, the floors are tiled throughout and immaculate. The location is not too far from the main street down to the port and there are good food stores selling fruit and supplies just down the hill from the hotel.
When we arrived we were given a room with 2 single beds which felt more like a room with a kitchen and large table with 2 beds in different corners of the room. We asked to change and the owner managed to change us to a double room the following night which felt more comfortable and less like a kitchen. However in both rooms the shower was small and the beds were very firm.

walking distance to marina corta which is the best location if you want to visit lipari and the other islands.
residence with many apartments. the studio the gave us was ok with balcony. very old bathroom and also the bad was not very comfortable. the location is very close to the city center and also there is the possibility of using the pool of hotel tritone from the same owner. (that also has the RISTORANTE FILIPPINO one of the oldest and well known in town where we had very good food). The place is quite old not to mention the breakfast and breakfast room. It was no bid deal if it was cheaper but I paid 510 euro for 3 nights, so I expected a bit more than what I've got.
