Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring Lincoln and nearby attractions. Many enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the historic charm and modern facilities of the hotel. However, several reviews mentioned small or cramped rooms, noise from the street or other guests, and some issues with service responsiveness and lift accessibility. While the staff were often described as friendly and helpful, there were also reports of slow service and a lack of flexibility. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, but room size and noise could be concerns for some guests.
