Outdated rooms old. Needs a refurbishment . Shower was not working well.
The staff and their service The location The cleaning in rooms
Everything was great!
Close to shopping centre for eating outlets. Staff friendly and helpful. was ok but wouldn’t stay again.
Didn’t have dedicated bar. Restaurant closed on arrival due to party but temporary one basic and unwelcoming. Option to pay 30usd per person to upgrade to exec lounge use which wasn’t that special and had already paid for breakfast as part of room rate. Expensive when paying for 4 people in 2 rooms. No obvious area for teas, coffees or general drinks. 1 lift out of order. Tired and needs a refurbishment. Rooms clean but felt very basic and old dated furnishings with no carpets - uncomfortable with strange floor covering.
Service, location, value, breakfast
The hotel was a little dated, but convenient enough for a short stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Several elevators were not working, so I frequently had to wait up to 5 minutes to get either to the lobby or my room - a nuisance. Even with windows closed, I could hear the noisy Lima traffic (slightly better at night). Room temperature: I had a few hours to spare and work in my room and it was SO cold! Mentioned this at reception and they brought a space heater, thankfully.
