The building needs maintenance: taps are leaking. Doors and walls need fresh paint. Furniture is old. Curtains need to be washed.

There is major construction next door and another site 50 m away. We are talking jackhammers, screaming workers and other large equipment. I would guess another 6 months at least of construction. They told us the construction was only from 9 to 5 but both mornings it started at 7:30AM. The A/C kind of worked but was old and noisy. The place is a bit tired. The breakfast is very expensive, other places include it for only a few more dollars. The other shocker is the price posted in the lobby is 10% cheaper than Booking.com's price! This is the second time Booking.com has been priced higher than the hotel's posted rates, but Booking.com have not answered my email about it. On another site, we booked a furnished 2 bedroom apartment for 40% less 4 blocks away for the next 2 weeks .
