Cons: Booked a twin room and got a double- not ideal when traveling with your father! Bathtub is like half a bathtub, if you tried to bathe in there you would be pretty squashed.

Pros: Fantastic location and well appointed room.
Cons: No mention of hotel being in a pedestrian only street. Parking instructions unclear. Checkin staff very unfriendly. Put us in twin room not double and didn’t even apologise for mistake, just made excuses. Could have smiled! Room on first floor was very noisey - can hear staff and dishes rattling in the restaurant downstairs.

Cons: Being in the service industry for years, I don’t expect that the staff will always be having a good day. I like this place and recommend it but I felt the staff were not too eager to interact or to help. Distant and short in their communication. Maybe they are tired of a long season of pilgrims but they weren’t really rude either. So I would not rate the staff as poor at all. It was just not a real friendly atmosphere on this occasion. The price, room, and location could not be beat. Recommend staying here totally.

Pros: Very clean room, nice location and good comunication with hostel, great price for private room.
Cons: No soundproofing at all, we got totally diferent room that we've booked - bunk bad instead of normal one (we booked over 1 week in advance)

Pros: Very friendly and helpful girl there to greet me. Good basic hostel. Perfectly adequate. Quirky rooms, but nice enough. 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, overall good location. Help yourself breakfast, basic but good enough. For a hostel in a big city, pretty good value.

Cons: It was very hard to open the door with the key we were given. The paper tablecloth across two uneven tables could have been better. Cups and glasses mostly chipped.

Cons: We are walking the Camino and it’s a little ways off the path and a little further from the historic part of town where we wanted to visit. The area we stayed in was quite nice, however.

Cons: I would like to sugest to get another router for the corridor since my room which was further away from the kitchen had very week or no signal which made it uncomofrtable to stay in the kitchen at night in order to check mails and chat with my friends and family. Other than that, I do not have anything to add.
