Pros:When we arrived, Galon was at the front desk and he was very helpful. He offered us coffee, explained everything we needed to know, gave us a summary of the tour options available to us (through other agencies), and even offered to call and book a tour on our behalf. The location is nice, not right in the heart of Lencois, but just a few minutes walk away. Honestly, it was nice not to be in the busier area. It is also a very short walk from the bus station which was really great. Our 4-person room was fairly small for 3 people, but not unmanageable. The air conditioning worked very well and we even had to turn it down in the night because we got cold. That was very nice to return to after a hot day hiking around town and in Chapada Diamantina. The breakfast was also quite nice: fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, some rolls and cakes, and some typical Brazilian breakfast foods. All of it was very good and it's on a nice covered patio in a garden to make it even better. We had a great time in Lencois and would gladly return. If I do, I'll stay here again in a heart beat.
