Great staff whom are very helpful, excellent breakfast menu. Large windows in the room that open fully.
The furniture in the room is not comfortable.
Breakfast and meals were well prepared and tasty. Staff was very attentive and polite. Rooms clean and spacious. Very positive is the factthat a full size desk is available for working. Leipztig Messe is in walking distance.
The breakfast was delicious and the choice was excellent. The staff spoke English and was very helpful
I would give 10 out of 10 if not for a smell of cigarettes in the room that welcomed us on the arrival. The room was clean but I could tell that someone smoke there. The sign on the door clearly stated no smoking
Everything was excellent, we got a free upgrade for some awesome reason, the reception staff were lovely, dinner was not bad, the room was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was FANTASTIC, with more options than I've ever seen at a hotel breakfast, and as always the clincher for me was the fact that they had an entire section of gluten free bread, muffins, muesli, as well as soy milk, lactose free yogurt, at least 5 types of fresh cut fruit, veggies and vegetarian options, etc. etc. Truly fantastic.
Everything was perfect. Not a single complaint.
Excellent breakfast, large room, close to highway
Smell of cigarettes in the room, area around, strange people outside shouting during the night
