Pros:The bed was decently comfortable & I loved the arm chair.
Cons:There is no coffeemaker in the room, no hair dryer, no lotion in bathroom, no fridge, no microwave. The lady who cleaned our room took our hand towel & didn't replace it the couple days we were there, we had to use a wash cloth to dry our hands. Since there is no tissues in the room, we used more toilet paper. The cleaner didn't give us an extra roll the last day we were there and we ran out.

Cons:They need to do a lot to bring their rooms up to date.
Pros:The toilet was running all night and since I'm handicapped I couldn't fix it and finally I tried to get to stop at so I didn't get a good night's sleep it was a very loud pitch noise they weren't able to fix it till the morning I wish they would have thought it me an extra day for the inconvenience of dealing with a sound and also I told them about the phone cord does need to be repaired it makes a crackling sound
Cons:I felt like I said and credit hit for yesterday because of noise was so loud I could not sleep instead the manager just told me thank you for being a plumber I also asked the manager if they can help me out because I'm heading out and I was going to stay here for additional days if he could honor the price I have four whole 9 days we did not help at all I was able to get a better price somewhere else so he lost business Ivory stay here for more than a week when you have a loyal customer you should keep him happy those customers are the ones that keep your business going I've been a manager for Walmart for many years and HEB and customer service comes first I would have credited it we're giving them a gift card or something for his inconvenience if you have any questions please call me my name is Philip area code 956 235 4580 sincerely Philip fierros
Cons:The room smell bad
Pros:The only thing I liked was the distance from the interstate.
Cons:The long time to check in with a rude attendant. Our first room was filled with trash. Literally trash, the toilet trash was over flowing. There was trash all over the room. Then the attendant was mad that I asked for another room like it was my fault. I don't usually do this but all the time I spend in the road the was one of the lowest
Pros:Friendly Staff
Cons:There was roaches in the room. Smelled like cogarrete despite being "smoke free", useless air conditioned, wet carpet due to air conditioned malfunction, dirtty room overall. The rate should be like $30.00 bucks.
Pros:When asking for things I needed they had it available
Cons:I did not have toilet paper but the one that was on the toilet paper holder, I had to go ask for more
