Pros (+) No breakfast was available. Bed wasn't the greatest. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Building needs lots of TLC. Not good value for the money.
Cons (-) For the amount of money they charge,they could fix up the place to look a whole lot better. A nice place makes people want to come back.

Pros (+) Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby décor and view is amazing...a great place to sit and relax in front of the fire. If you got takeout or snacks, you could easily grab a table (there are several) and eat while looking out at the lake and grabbing drinks from the bar. Ideal for a couple or a family with young kids looking for a low-key alternative to a stuffy hotel.

Pros (+) In easy walking distance to downtown. Staff was responsive to issue with getting into room after i put my key card near a magnet and wiped it out. Beds are very comfortable and it had a nice view of Mirror Lake.
Cons (-) Took 20 minutes to get checked in at 9PM at night when only clerk went into excruciating detail with someone who might do a canoe trip the next day. They needed to check us in quickly and then return to customer who was casually figuring out their next day's plans.

Pros (+) Loved the view, the lake front, the staff, access to restaurants/shopping, proximity to great hiking. AJ, Adam and Vinny stood out for exceptional customer service.
Cons (-) Some places were short staffed as summer help hadn't come in yet, but we weren't in any hurry so it didn't bother us.
