Pros (+) Everything was amazing. The free breakfast was very nice with both typical American and Tico fare. They gave us a free facial for staying 2 nights. I also got a great massage. The Spa is beautiful and tranquil. The hot springs were fantastic and unbelievably uncrowded. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
