Pros (+) The resort was a beautiful setting lots of greenery and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Had a plumbing problem first day but it was quickly resolved. Food was good and location was close to town but still tucked away.

Pros (+) The place is beautiful. The pool and hot tubs are great. When we checked in we took advantage of the special at the spa. The spa is amazing the massage was fine but the location is unbelievable, the room was open on one side facing the jungle and river I have never been to a spa before where the nature sounds were real and not played through speakers.
Cons (-) It's the jungle do you have to expect some bugs. There were tiny ants everywhere at the resort they did not bother anything but seeing ants crawl through the room lowers the cleanliness score to 4 stars. That being said I would stay here again in a heartbeat even with the ants.
