Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the warm and attentive service provided by the owners, describing them as kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel's authentic Japanese atmosphere and traditional ryokan experience are highly valued, with many mentioning the charm and comfort of the rooms. Cleanliness is consistently praised, and the location is considered convenient by several guests. Value for price is also noted positively. Some minor drawbacks include difficulty finding the hotel, lack of elevators, and limited accessibility for smokers, but these do not detract from the overall positive experience.
