Cons (-) The service fell far below our expectations. From check-in issues (2 hours later) to house keeping (lack of attention to detail) and concierge (prepare to wait at least 20 mins to speak to someone who then will provide you with lackluster service coupled with some racial slurs and/or at best mediocre suggestions). Pros (+) Superb facilities and attentive staff. Prime location for visiting Kyoto. Much appreciated the shuttle bus.
