Staff
I asked for 2 rooms with twin beds and got 2 rooms with king beds. That was annoying. Furthermore, I was extra-charged for paying with credit card although in the reservation says all fees inclusive. So this point is related to "booking" not to the hotel

Location. Close to Kuta centre, but still a quiet place.
The lights in the room. Very "white" and cold lights. Should have had a brighter light by the sink and "warmer" light in the rest of the room.
