Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access popular spots, restaurants, and transportation. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to their experience. The hotel was also noted for offering good value for the price, with several guests feeling they received more than expected for what they paid. However, cleanliness and maintenance were recurring concerns, with multiple reviews mentioning issues such as mold, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also noted that amenities could be improved, including elevator maintenance and room supplies. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness and facilities would enhance the guest experience.
